Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 26, 2026Omni (the "App") is published by Jaggaro ("we", "us"). Omni is an offline-first, on-device workspace for editing images, PDFs and documents (resize, compress, convert, scan, OCR, background removal, PDF tools and more). This policy explains what data the App handles and how.
Everything you import is processed entirely on your device. We do not operate any backend server, account system, or cloud database. Your photos, documents and files are never uploaded to us or to any third party. They stay on the device where you installed the App.
1. Your photos, documents & camera
Omni works on content you choose to open. The App can access:
- Photos & images you select from your gallery, so you can edit, compress, convert or combine them.
- Documents and files (for example PDFs) you pick to merge, split, edit, or convert.
- The camera, only when you choose to capture or scan a document or photo.
- Saving to your gallery / files, only when you tap Download / Save / Share to export a result.
All of this happens locally on your device. Image enhancement, background removal, OCR (text recognition), document scanning and every other tool run on-device. None of your photos, documents, scanned text or exported files are sent to Jaggaro or to any server. The App only accesses a photo, file or the camera at the moment you select it for a task, and only for that task.
2. What the App stores on your device
- History of your recent results (a reference to the file and basic details such as title, type and size) so you can find them again, mark favorites, group them into projects, or restore deleted items.
- Preferences such as theme (light / dark), export quality and format, and feature toggles.
- Temporary working files created while a tool runs (for example a generated PDF or an enhanced image) so it can be previewed and exported.
This data is stored in the operating system's standard app storage and never leaves the device. You can clear it from within the App (delete history items), from your device settings, or by uninstalling the App.
3. What we do NOT collect ourselves
- No name, email, phone number, address, or other contact info.
- No account or login — the App has no sign-up.
- No precise location accessed by the App itself.
- We never upload, copy, or transmit your photos, documents, scans, or extracted text — they are processed on-device only.
- No analytics events sent to a Jaggaro-operated server (we do not operate any servers).
- No real-money purchases — the App contains no in-app purchases or subscriptions. It is free and ad-supported.
4. Third-party services — Google AdMob
Omni is free and uses Google AdMob, a Google advertising service, to display advertisements inside the App. AdMob is the only third-party advertising SDK the App links. Showing an ad — including the optional rewarded ad you may watch to unlock a download — may cause AdMob to collect or process the following device-level signals to serve and measure relevant ads:
- Advertising identifier — Android Advertising ID (AAID) or Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), depending on your device and your OS-level ad-tracking permission.
- IP address — used by Google to infer approximate region for region-appropriate ad targeting.
- Device model, OS version, screen size — for correctly rendering ads.
- Ad-interaction events (impression, click, rewarded-ad completion) — for ad measurement and reporting.
Google's policies and data practices govern that processing. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy and AdMob's developer privacy notice at developers.google.com/admob/android/privacy. You can reset or limit the advertising identifier from your device Settings → Google → Ads (Android) or Settings → Privacy → Tracking (iOS).
No other third-party SDK sends data off your device — no Jaggaro analytics, no crash-reporting server, no remote configuration, and no other ad networks. The on-device tools (image processing, OCR, document scanning, PDF tools) run without any network connection; ad serving is the only networked feature.
5. Children's privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because no personal data is collected by Jaggaro at all, COPPA and similar regimes do not apply to data we hold (none). Ads are served by Google AdMob under Google's policies.
6. Permissions the App requests on Android
- Camera – only when you capture or scan a document or photo inside the App.
- Photos / media (read) – to let you choose images and files to edit. The App accesses only the items you select.
- Save to gallery / media (write) – to save your exported results when you tap Download / Save.
- Internet – used by Google AdMob to fetch and display advertisements. Not used for any Jaggaro-operated analytics, tracking, or remote logging, and not used to upload your files.
- Vibrate – used for the optional haptic feedback you can disable in Settings.
7. Your choices
- Grant or deny camera and photo access from your device Settings; the on-device tools that don't need a given permission keep working without it.
- Delete individual results from the in-app History screen.
- Reset or limit the advertising identifier from your device settings.
- Remove all on-device data by uninstalling the App.
8. Changes to this policy
If material changes are made — for example, if a new third-party service is added in a future release — this page will be updated and the new Effective date will be displayed at the top.
