Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 7, 2026Color Sort Jam (the "Game") is published by Jaggaro ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the Game handles and how.
The Game is a single-player puzzle. We do not operate any backend server, account system, or cloud database. Your gameplay data is held only on the device where you installed the Game.
1. What we store on your device
- Game progress: highest unlocked level, star counts, best move counts per level.
- Preferences: music, sound effects, haptics, color-blind labels, language, active theme.
- Daily-reward state: streak length and the timestamp of your last claim.
- Unlocked achievements and owned tube themes.
- An in-progress level snapshot so you can resume after closing the Game.
This data is stored in the operating system's standard preferences area and never leaves the device. You can clear it from your device settings or by uninstalling the Game.
2. What we do NOT collect ourselves
- No name, email, phone number, address, or other contact info.
- No precise location data accessed by the Game itself.
- No photos, files, contacts, calendar, or other personal content.
- No analytics events sent to a Jaggaro-operated server (we do not operate any servers).
- No real-money purchases — the Game contains no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or coin packs.
3. Third-party services — Google AdMob
The Game uses Google AdMob, a Google advertising service, to display advertisements inside the Game. AdMob is the only third-party SDK the Game links. When an ad is shown, AdMob may collect or process the following device-level signals to serve and measure relevant ads:
- Advertising identifier — Android Advertising ID (AAID) or Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), depending on your device and your OS-level ad-tracking permission.
- IP address — used by Google to infer approximate region for region-appropriate ad targeting.
- Device model, OS version, screen size — for correctly rendering ads.
- Ad-interaction events (impression, click, rewarded-ad completion) — for ad measurement and reporting.
Google's policies and data practices govern that processing. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy and AdMob's developer privacy notice at developers.google.com/admob/android/privacy. You can reset or limit the advertising identifier from your device Settings → Google → Ads (Android) or Settings → Privacy → Tracking (iOS).
No other third-party SDK ships with the Game — no analytics, no crash-reporting, no remote configuration, no other ad networks.
4. Children's privacy
The Game is rated for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because no personal data is collected at all in the current release, COPPA and similar regimes do not apply.
5. Permissions the Game requests on Android
- Internet – used by Google AdMob to fetch and display advertisements and by the operating system's in-app review prompt. Not used for any Jaggaro-operated analytics, tracking, or remote logging.
- Vibrate – used for the optional haptic feedback you can disable in Settings.
6. Your choices
- Toggle all sounds and haptics from the in-game Settings screen.
- Reset all on-device data by uninstalling and reinstalling the Game.
7. Changes to this policy
If material changes are made — for example, when ads or analytics are added in a future release — this page will be updated and the new Effective date will be displayed at the top.
